Q. Can I get my voice mail delivered as an e-mail?
A. Yes. If you would like to receive email notification of new voice messages, please send an email indicating that to telcom@potsdam.edu. Be sure to include your phone number and the email address you want to receive the notifications on. Also, you have the option to have the voice message attached to the email as a .wav file, or not, which will simply be a notification that you have a new message. You will have to access your VMB via phone to manage your messages, such as saving, deleting or forwarding.
