SUNYnet equipment on-campus will undergo maintenance between 5:30AM and 7:00AM, Friday, March 27th. Access to SUNYnet services will be sporadic during this period.
SUNYnet equipment on-campus will undergo maintenance between 5:30AM and 7:00AM, Friday, March 27th. Access to SUNYnet services will be sporadic during this period.
Maintenance complete and all systems back online.
Some campus services will be temporarily offline as maintenance to
storage network infrastructure proceeds this evening at 4:30PM. Systems
affected include: Banner/BearPAWS/HRWeb, Helios shares, Mailguard, and
mail delivery from off-campus addresses. The maintenance window is one
hour, however outages to individual services should be very brief.
The server housing Meeting Maker and FileMaker required a restart to resolve various FileMaker issues.
Helios experienced a software fault this morning which required
emergency maintenance. Access to Helios home directories, shares, and
web folders has been restored.

All voice mail services were restored at approximately 6pm, Sunday March 15, 2009. The UCN 250 is fully operational.
All hosted campus services are fully back online.
Banner/BearPAWS/HR Time Accounting services have been restored.
Banner/BearPAWS/HR Time Accounting are once again down as further
storage problems related to this mornings power outage have arisen.
Technicians are working on the issue.
