As part of the effort to resolve problems with off-campus access to the Library’s electronic information services, a key piece of software will be updated at 7:15am on Thursday, April 16.
The process should only take a few minutes, but during that time the Library’s information services will be inaccessible. Service will be restored by 7:45am at latest.
This might not fix the off-campus access issues immediately, but it will at least allow CTS staff to better troubleshoot the problem.
