Computing & Technology Services (CTS) will be performing critical maintenance to the campus firewall on Friday, November 29, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. This will result in several brief losses of internet connection for the campus throughout the maintenance window.
Services impacted
During this time, all academic and administrative buildings will lose access to the Internet, including e-mail, BrightSpace and other campus hosted tools and services. Any active VPN sessions will be disconnected and need to be re-established after the update.
Services not affected
Off-campus and residence hall access to BrightSpace and e-mail should be unaffected during this time. ResNet internet service to the residence halls will also remain unaffected. Campus phone service will also be uninterrupted.
