CTS will be migrating network connections in the Maintenance Center (Physical Plant), Heating Plant and Garage on Friday, May 30, 2025 and Monday, June 2, 2025. During the migration individual connections will experience a short loss of connectivity while technicians move the physical connection. If devices are still experiencing no connection after Tuesday, June 2, 2025, please reboot the device and try again. If there is still no connection after a reboot please report the issue to the IT Service Desk at X4444 or email to itservicedesk@potsdam.edu. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we transition to the new network hardware.
