EMS room scheduling software will be unavailable from 4:00pm – 5:00pm on Friday 4/21, for software upgrades.
CTS will be performing network maintenance between 9:00 P. M. and 2:00 A. M. Wednesday, April 19th and Thursday, April 20th. This maintenance will result in brief, rolling network outages in all buildings and locations on campus. It is anticipated that most systems will be unaffected. Anyone having trouble getting online on Thursday and Friday morning should reboot their device. If trouble persists, report it to the CTS Helpdesk at 315-267-4444. If no one is available to take your call, leave a message to ensure the quickest response.
