The campus Internet service provider has announced they will be performing maintenance tonight, Thursday, July 7, 2022, between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm. This necessary maintenance will result in a brief outage for Internet traffic to and from campus. An announcement will be made to this blog when maintenance is complete.
Access to the campus voicemail system has been restored.
Access to the campus voicemail system is currently not available. CTS is working with the maintenance vendor to restore access. An update will be posted when voicemail is available.
ITEC will be performing core network maintenance on Friday, June 24th from 12:00am-7:00am. During this period, there is potential that Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be inaccessible.
Maintenance scripts will be run for our Banner database on Saturday, June 11th from 6:00am – 7:00am. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will not be accessible.
NYSERnet will be performing emergency router maintenance tomorrow, Friday June 10th, between 6:00am – 7:00am. During this time access to Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be disrupted for approximately 5 minutes.
On Friday, June 10th, NYSERNet will be performing maintenance on their backbone router in Syracuse. The maintenance window is from 06:00am – 07:00am. During this time we may experience intermittent internet connectivity.
ITEC will be performing SYSNET maintenance on Wednesday, July 13th from 12:00am – 7:00am. During that period Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will not be accessible.
