Blackboard will be unavailable from 10pm to midnight this evening in
order to facilitate system maintenance.

Starting at 9:00pm tonight, Internet and Internet2 (R&E) access will be
sporadic as connectivity equipment is upgraded. The window is scheduled
for 2 hours.

Tonight at 22:00 (10pm) Blackboard will be unavailable for a short time
as back-end database and system modifications are tuned. While these
changes should only take a matter of minutes, Blackboard may be
unavailable for as long as 45-minutes to an hour.

Between 2:00 and 2:30 this afternoon, network maintenance will be
performed in MacVicar to accommodate network growth. There may be a
series of brief network outages during this window.

Helios backup volumes are now back online.

Helios will be rebooted at 5PM as part of the ongoing volume maintenance.

Backup volumes on helios (_backup folders) are currently offline as the
volume undergoes critical filesystem maintenance.

An errant misconfiguration forced a restart of core network equipment. The outage was handled immediately and lasted 4 minutes and 23 seconds.

Helios experienced a fault and required a reboot. System back online.

Storage maintenance complete. All systems are back online.
