The Blackboard application was experiencing issues and was restarted.
All appears well.

Blackboard is experiencing various technical problems. It is being
investigated by an administrator.

The “Images” server experienced a service outage this evening lasting from approximately 6:15 until 7:30. This affected Lab PC logins in that Helios Home Directories were unavailable and printers were not properly set up. Anyone still experiencing problems should log out and log back in, after which things should be fine.

The Helios File server experienced an outage this evening commencing at approximately 6:15 and lasting until 7:00. Home Directory access appears to have been the only affected service.

All Windows printers are once again available.

Some Windows printers may be unavailable at the moment. Techs are
working on the issue.

Helios will be going offline this evening (20071210) at 11PM for
maintenance.

Helios experienced a system error and had to be rebooted. All should be
well.

Helios is down and it is being investigated.
