Starting at around 5:00pm tomorrow (11/21), data networking on the first
floor of Crumb Hall, as well as wireless throughout the building will be
unavailable for scheduled maintenance. The maintenance window is 90 minutes.
SUNYnet engineers are performing emergency maintenance on the Potsdam SUNYnet gateway, during an unscheduled outage at ITEC. This will impact connectivity to all SUNYnet shared services housed in Albany, Buffalo or Plattsburgh.
We experienced a brief Printing Service outage beginning (judging by reports) at approximately 11:20am. Resolved at 11:30am.
A problem with the core W@SP router required a reboot. W@SP was offline for the duration.
Existing wireless connections were continuing to be serviced, but new connections were denied. This problem has been resolved.
User services are back online. Queue expected to clear out within the hour.
Mail will be unavailable for the rest of the business day, and into the evening.

Hall to accommodate fiber-optic maintenance. Maintenance window is
scheduled for 5 minutes.

network will be offline for upgrades. This will not impact most
(possibly all) of the “lab network”. Maintenance window is scheduled for
