Mail is now being delivered. User services are planned to be available again before the morning.
Mail will be unavailable for at least the rest of the business day. Mail destined for addresses on campus is being queued for later delivery.
Mail will be down for up to two hours for emergency maintenance.
Beginning immediately, certain parts of the network will be losing network connectivity. Each outage should be no more than 2 minutes.
The server responsible for e-mail delivery will be experiencing a brief
maintenance window at 9PM.

An electrical power anomaly caused the partial outage of critical network equipment. Some communications continued to fine, others were being dropped. All clear.
