ITEC will be performing maintenance from 5:00pm to 6:00pm tonight, Monday, August 17th. The maintenance is to upgrade the Windstream bandwidth.

There is maintenance being done on BannerTest and BearPawsTest. Services should be restored by 4pm.

BannerTest/BearPawsTest Maintenance is now complete.

At this time, the issues with the campus phone services have been addressed and corrected. If any further problems are encountered going forward, please refer them to the TelCom office via email at telcom@potsdam.edu .

The issues with the campus phone lines requires further on-site troubleshooting which is currently scheduled for tomorrow morning. Further updates will be posted to this blog when they are available.

CTS is now receiving reports that this issue is also impacting long distance calls made from the campus. This blog will be updated when we receive more information.

Our service provider is continuing to work on the incoming phone call issue. This blog will be updated when we receive more information.

ITEC will be patching storage and the OS on our Banner and DegreeWorks/BearDeN servers on July 15 from 12:00am to 7:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable sporadically.

At this time the campus is experiencing trouble with incoming phone calls. Outbound calls appear to be working at this time with backup circuits in a limited capacity. CTS has filed a ticket with our provider. This blog will be updated when more information is available.
