We will be adding to this FAQ as issues are brought to our attention.
ITEC has cancelled the originally scheduled maintenance on our BearPAWS servers Wednesday (3/18) from 7:00am to 8:00am. They will move the Weblogic to Tomcat conversion to a later date.
ITEC will be performing SYSNET infrastructure maintenance on Wednesday March 4th from 12:00am – 7:00am. During this period expect outages to Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN.
Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN are back online.
Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN are currently inaccessible. ITEC has been notified of the problem and is currently working on it. We will send a notice when the services are restored.
Internet services have been restored to the campus.
Our service provider reports that the issue is currently being investigated.
The campus is currently experiencing an outage to some Internet services. Connections appear sporadic at this time. This outage does not currently impact Apogee ResNet. Technicians are on site and investigating at this time.
