CTS is receiving reports that the SUNY Portal is currently down. Technicians are investigating at this time.

December 12th is Thursday, not “tomorrow” as originally noted. ITEC will be patching the Production RDBMS tomorrow, Dec 12th from 6:00 to 7:00am. During this time, Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will not be accessible.

ITEC will be performing maintenance on January 3rd from 4:00 to 6:00am. During this period all network services at ITEC will be down including Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN.

ITEC will be patching the Production RDBMS tomorrow, Dec 12th from 6:00 to 7:00am. During this time, Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will not be accessible.

Maintenance of services provided at sunycard.potsdam.edu has been scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, December 3rd and 4th, 2019. Access to web services will be intermittent on those dates. This includes balance inquiries, photo uploads, reporting lost/found cards, and door access scheduling. Endpoint systems will be unaffected (cash registers, vending machines, etc.)

Phone and Internet service have been restored.

We are experiencing data network difficulties. Internet access and the campus phone system are affected. Technicians are on-site and investigating.

Due to a glitch in automation, some classroom projectors have been automatically shutting down at 10:00 AM instead of 10:00 PM. CTS is aware of the problem and will have it fixed shortly.
