CTS has completed network system maintenance for 12-21-2018.

Maintenance for 12-21-2018 has started.

CTS will be performing maintenance to our core network infrastructure 12-21-2018 beginning at 6:00 AM. Outages will be brief but rolling throughout the campus. Posts will be made when maintenance begins and when it is complete.

All areas of CTS will be CLOSED from Monday, December 24, 2018 thru Tuesday,  January 1, 2019 (Closing Friday, December 21, 2018 at 4:00 pm – Opening Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 8:00 am)

CTS has completed maintenance for 12-20-2018.

Maintenance for 12-20-2018 has started.

CTS will be performing maintenance to the following systems on the morning of 12-20-2018, beginning at 6:00 AM: Campus firewall (PaloAlto) including GlobalProtect VPN, and Helios. During the firewall maintenance connectivity to and from campus will be unavailable. We expect the firewall maintenance to be brief. An announcement will be made once maintenance begins.

Maintenance for 12-19-2018 has completed.

CTS will be performing maintenance to several systems beginning at 2:00 PM 12-19-2018. Systems impacted will include RT (track.potsdam.edu) and lists.potsdam.edu . Authentication to Helios will also be impacted. An announcement will be posted when maintenance is complete.
