ITEC has resolved the issue at the VTC data center. Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN accessibility has been restored.

ITEC has reported an situation with patches to the VTC data center which has rendered Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN inaccessible. They are currently working on a solution to restore accessibility, and expect services to be restored by 10am.
The most recent updates to the campus telephone system have been completed. If any new phone outages are discovered please contact the TelCom office via email at telcom@potsdam.edu.
Further updates to the campus telephone system will begin today, July 10 at approximately 3:00 PM. All phone services may be affected but any outages should be brief, likely less than 15 minutes.
