Maintenance in our main Data Center will commence shortly. Some systems will be offline, most notably Helios. A message will be posted when maintenance is complete.
Firewall Maintenance is complete. All systems should be accessible on off campus.
Over break we will be performing maintenance on several systems which will affect access to many critical services:
On Monday, April 2, 2018 we will be changing the physical location of the campus firewall appliance. This means disconnecting the campus from the Internet for a short period of time. Users on campus will not be able to access services not hosted here (e.g., Banner, Moodle, and the Internet-at-large). Users off campus will not be able to “see” services hosted from on campus and may find themselves unable to authenticate to anything requiring their Campus Computer Account credentials. The phone system will not be affected. This maintenance will take place beginning at 6:30 P. M. and is not expected to last more than 4 hours.
On Wednesday, April 4, 2018 we will be performing maintenance in our main Data Center. This will result in access to some campus-hosted services being unavailable, most notably Helios and the campus online directory. There is potential for a small number of individual desk phones to stop working during this time. This maintenance will take place between 6:30 P. M. and 10:00 P. M.
There is a known bug in Outlook for Mac that affects the week of March 11th, 2018. When looking at the Week view in the calendar module, appointments will appear to be one hour LATER than they actually are. The workaround is to look at this week using the “Work Week” view, which shows meetings at the correct time.
Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen are now available.
Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen are offline following an early morning maintenance window. Technicians have been notified and are investigating.
ITEC will be performing OS patching and firmware upgrades on Wednesday March 7th between 12:00am and 7:00am. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be unavailable.

ITEC has scheduled maintenance on equipment on Friday February 23rd from 12:00am to 6:00am. All hosted services at ITEC will be unavailable during that time which includes Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.
