The maintenance to our phone system is complete. If your desk phone is not working, please notify the CTS Helpdesk from another phone at 315-267-4444 or by e-mail at helpdesk@potsdam.edu

CTS will be performing maintenance on the campus phone system tomorrow, Wednesday, February 21, 2018 beginning at 6:30 A. M. This will result in all non-emergency phones being offline for an expected to be brief period of time not exceeding 30 minutes. A notice will be posted when maintenance is complete.

Our network maintenance window is now closed.

If you ever want to change the password for your CCA (Campus Computer Account), you can do so by using the form at https://account.potsdam.edu
You should change your password if you have any reason to suspect that anyone else knows your password. REMINDER: it is a violation of the campus Acceptable Use Policy for anyone other than you to know the password for your CCA.

www2.potsdam.edu is back online after being down this morning.

ITEC will be performing routine OS patching and firmware upgrades on Wednesday March 7 from 12:00am to 7:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.

Banner database maintenance was complete earlier today. The original message incorrectly stated tomorrow (Wed 1/30) as the date.

Our Banner database will undergo maintenance Wednesday morning, January 30, 2018 beginning at 6:00 A. M. The window for this maintenance is 6:00 A. M. – 7:00 A. M. During this time, Banner and BearPAWS will be unavailable.

We continue to monitor and tune Moodle’s performance in coordination with our Moodle hosting partner in the wake of last weekend’s upgrade. If you have specific questions or problems, please report them to moodlesupport@potsdam.edu
