Computing & Technology Services has been working to resolve ongoing issues with sporadic telephone outages since Monday, June 12. At this point we will need to switch to the standby phone server at Noon time today, June 14, 2023. The telephone system may be out for a short period of time as a result.
Before reporting an issue, please check the status of the transition on the System Status page at https://status.potsdam.edu/. If you notice that your telephone does not have dial tone once the maintenance is complete, it may require a manual reset. At that point, please list extension numbers in your area that are impacted and contact the IT Service Desk via email itservicedesk@potsdam.edu or (315) 267-4444 and we will reset your line as quickly as possible.
We will continue to update our System Status page at https://status.potsdam.edu/.
