CashNet will be performing a planned system upgrade on 06/07/2015 between the hours of 1am and 11am EST. You should expect Potsdam’s CashNet systems/services to down during this time. A notice will be posted to confirm the successful completion of the upgrade.
Server has been restored and services that it hosted should be available. Please contact help desk if you are still experiencing an outage.
There is a problem with one of our servers. Some campus services may be unavailable. Technicians are working on the problem.
In an effort to resolve current VoIP phones that are still down, you may notice a service interruption at some point this morning. If your computer is connected through your phone then your internet will be temporarily down. The reset will only take about 20 seconds for the phone to come back up.
Maintenance is complete on the CashNet Payment systems. Systems have been fully restored and you should now be able to accept payments through the CashNet eMarkets and related payment mechanisms. Thank you for your patience.

The campus network is experiencing intermittent, wide-spread issues that result in services being temporarily unavailable. If you are unable to access services at a given moment, you may be able to access them after a wait of 5 – 15 minutes. CTS staff is looking into the problem.
