To campus Banner users:
Computing & Technology Services has successfully put in place the new security measures that allow campus users to authenticate to the Banner production server. Users should be able to login successfully from on campus or through the VPN at this time.
Work is still ongoing for the dev/test instance of Banner but we’re expecting services to be restored by late this afternoon. A notice will be posted to the Announcement & Systems Status page once that work is complete.

We have started the critical Telephone System maintenance. At this time please expect intermittent access to our campus telephones. During the outage, campus residents should use Rave Guardian to reach University Police in the event of any emergencies. An update will be posted once maintenance is complete.
Issues with the Campus Voice Mail System are resolved at this time.
ITEC will be performing database maintenance on Thursday, March 17th from 5:00am-7:30am. During this period, Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be inaccessible.
TelCom has been made aware of issues with the campus Voice Mail System and is investigating the issue. Further notices will be posted as progress is made toward resolution.
