This weekend ITEC will be converting our Banner database to Oracle 19C. Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be unavailable from tonight (Friday 3/19) 6:30pm until Monday (3/22) 8:00am. Please do not try to access Banner, BearPAWS or BearDeN until we update this listserv with a notification that it is OK to do so.

Microsoft has resolved the service issues with O365.
Microsoft is currently experiencing a widespread service disruption. Campus services reliant on O365 services will be affected.

Compatibility with campus systems and vendor specific software packages have been resolved. In addition, Apple has provided several updates to the Big Sur operating system that have fixed stability issues with the initial release.
CTS has removed the installation restriction for the OS update. As always, please contact the IT Service Desk itservicedesk@potsdam.edu with any issues that you encounter.

ITEC will be performing SYSNET Infrastructure maintenance from 12:00am until 7:00am on Wednesday, February 10th. During this time, we can expect Banner/BearPAWS and BearDeN to be interrupted.
Wired connections are back online. If you continue to have issues please reboot your device. If you are connected via a phone and continue to have issues after a reboot, CTS will need to reset your phone.
