[INPROGRESS] Campus Web Server Issues
The campus web site is experiencing technical difficulties. Appropriate personnel are aware and working with technicians to resolve the issue.

All services are now authenticating users properly.
Some services are experiencing authentication (“AD-LDS”) errors. CTS is aware of the problem and working to rectify it.
ITEC will be performing security and patch maintenance on Wednesday, March 6th from 12:00am-7:00am. During this time, Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.
ITEC’s internet provider will be upgrading hardware and software on Saturday 2/23 between 12am and 6am. During this period they expect to have 2 separate 90 min outages during which time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.
The problem has been found and rectified. Authentication to all systems is now working.
Banner is now accessible after a login configuration change internal to Banner. However, the original announced problem with other system logins is still on-going.
Banner is not accessible due (most likely) to the prior announced issue with system logins.
User are not able to login to some systems, including online library databases from off campus, The Quad area of the campus web site from off campus, and the SUNY HR system and employee portal. Moodle and Outlook are unaffected. Technicians have been and continue to investigate the problem.
