CTS Announcements & Systems Status

SUNY Potsdam Login/Authentication systems maintenance is now complete.

CTS is currently updating the SSL certificates for our Active Directory and AD-LDS infrastructure. There may be a brief outage and may affect logging into Moodle, SPOLR, and a few other services that CTS provides.

Tomorrow morning at 7am CTS will be preforming SSL Cert updates to our AD and AD-LDS infrastructure. There will be a momentary outage while the certs are being updated.

SUNY System Administration has reported that SUNY Federation Logins are now working.

SUNY reported this morning that users are experiencing issues when trying to login to SUNY Federated systems such as the HR Portal (https://www2.sysadm.suny.edu/hrportal/). Their techs are aware and working on a resolution.

ITEC will be applying a storage array patch to fix a bug on Wednesday (10/21) from 4:00am to 7:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be down.

RT (Track.potsdam.edu) is back up.

RT (track.potsdam.edu) is currently experiencing a problem which makes logging in impossible. CTS is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the issue.

ITEC will be performing maintenance from 6:00am to 7:00am Thursday, August 27th. The maintenance is to upgrade the Windstream bandwidth. This could affect hosted services at VTC which include Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.
