[ANNOUNCE] Possible Raymond 5-7 Network Interruption

Network equipment serving parts of Raymond Hall floors 5-7 is being
tested. There may be as many as two brief convergence outages as
equipment is replaced, at most 30 seconds each. This window closes at
11:00AM.
