The CTS Request Tracking (RT) system – track.potsdam.edu – is currently down. CTS is aware of the issue and technicians are currently working on a resolution. Emails to passwordreset, itservicedesk, webcontent, telcom will be delayed. Issues reported via the webform will also be delayed. The IT Service Desk will still be available via phone, 315-267-4444 or via walk in service. This blog will be updated when service is restored.
