CTS technicians are investigating an issue where some campus phones may not have dialtone or audio. Not all phones are impacted and CTS is working through the issues that have been already reported. If you experience an issue, please report your extension number to the IT Service Desk (itservicedesk@potsdam.edu) or the Telcom office (telcom@potsdam.edu).
