CTS will be working with our telephone services carrier this evening between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm to do a services migration of the campus telephone circuits to a fiber optic based carrier. During this transition all campus telephone service will be affected and the ability to place and receive will be intermittent. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Brightspace is currently unavailable. The automated announcement on the SUNY Help Desk number indicates that SUNY is aware of the issue and their administrators are working on the problem. There is no ETA to resolution at this time. The announcement indicated to try again later.
At this time CTS is noticing partial restoration to phone service. We are awaiting official notification from our service provider that the issues have been resolved. Callers may still experience intermittent degraded service. A notification will be posted on this blog when the issue is resolved.
The campus is still experiencing issues with phone circuits. CTS continues to work with our provider to resolve the issue. Some outgoing calls may also fail depending on the destination and amount the campus is utilizing. If your call does not go through, please wait a few moments and try again.
Incoming phone calls to campus are currently failing. Outgoing calls are proceeding as expected. CTS technicians are working with the service provider to restore service. An announcement will be made available here when more information is available.
CTS technicians have resolved the issue impacting voicemail and service has been restored.
