Banner Admin is currently experiencing issues and spinning when trying to load any pages. ITEC is investigating the problem.

ITEC has planned SYSNET Maintenance for SIS#1 and DGW on July 12th from 12:00am thru 7:00am. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be inaccessible.

Microsoft has updated the following advisory indicating the issue is now resolved. – Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams using web browsers ID: TM612617

All areas of Computing and Technology Services will be closed Monday, July 3, 2023 and Tuesday, July 4, 2023. We will resume regular business operations on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 8am.

Current status: We’re reviewing service monitoring telemetry to determine our next troubleshooting steps.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

CTS will update information when it becomes available.

Due to the approaching upgrade in the campus telephone system, CTS will not be processing any telephone changes (adds or moves) from 4pm on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 through 8am on Monday, July 10, 2023.
