SUNY ITEC is continuing to work on access to Banner services resulting from an unexpected power failure in the ITEC data center. Access to Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN may continue to be impacted. CTS is aware and continuing communication with ITEC. Thank you for your patience.

Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN are inaccessible. ITEC reports a situation with routine power maintenance within our VTC Data Center resulting in a power outage for all data center racks. ITEC is working to bring services back online.

CTS is currently investigating an issue with Microsoft that is impacting connectivity to email and other Office 365 services. We will update as we learn more about the issue. Currently, Email, Teams messaging are impacted and other services may be as well.

CTS is currently working on an issue impacting incoming telephone calls and access to voicemail. Calls between on campus users and from campus to off campus numbers are still functioning, but calls from outside campus into campus are not being received. Voicemail is not accessible. Microsoft reports resolution with this issue. – Final status – After extended monitoring and receiving confirmation from previously affected users, we’ve validated that adding further processing throughput successfully resolved the issue.
