CTS Announcements & Systems Status

ITEC will be performing Oracle database patching on Tuesday January 9, 2024 from 5:00am – 7:00am. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be unavailable.

Brightspace is currently unavailable. The automated announcement on the SUNY Help Desk number indicates that SUNY is aware of the issue and their administrators are working on the problem. There is no ETA to resolution at this time. The announcement indicated to try again later.

At this time CTS is noticing partial restoration to phone service. We are awaiting official notification from our service provider that the issues have been resolved. Callers may still experience intermittent degraded service. A notification will be posted on this blog when the issue is resolved.

The campus is still experiencing issues with phone circuits. CTS continues to work with our provider to resolve the issue. Some outgoing calls may also fail depending on the destination and amount the campus is utilizing. If your call does not go through, please wait a few moments and try again.

Incoming phone calls to campus are currently failing. Outgoing calls are proceeding as expected. CTS technicians are working with the service provider to restore service. An announcement will be made available here when more information is available.

All areas of CTS will be closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples Day, Monday, October 9, 2023.

CTS is aware and technicians are working on an issue impacting voicemail service for the campus. The voicemail service is currently not working. We are in contact with our vendor and working to resolve this issue. We will update you with information as soon as we have an update.
