ITEC has resolved the issue at the VTC data center. Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN accessibility has been restored.
ITEC has reported an situation with the VTC data center which has rendered Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN intermittently inaccessible. They are currently working on a solution to restore accessibility, and expect services to be restored shortly.
CTS is seeing a higher than normal instance of Email Spoofing. This is defined by Wikipedia as:
