As part of the migration of student home directories from helios to OneDrive, all student home directories (those ending with a digit) on helios are now READ-ONLY. Files can be read and copied from these directories, but cannot be created, changed, or deleted.
If you are a student and open a file on your helios home directory, you will not be able to save it back to helios. Do a “Save As” and save it to your OneDrive account or to your local machine. Some applications may not be able to open a file correctly from a read-only location. In this case, use drag-n-drop to first copy the file to OneDrive or a local destination, and open it there.
